How to reach the people who keep the index.

The quickest route is email: hello@tacticalwin.com. A person reads every message, usually within a few working days.

Good reasons to write

• A fact in an entry is wrong or has gone out of date.
• A hotel in one of the four categories seems to be missing.
• You represent a listed property and want to point out a change.
• A question about privacy or how this site works.

What we cannot help with

We are not a travel agent and hold no reservations. Questions about rates, availability, existing bookings or refunds should go to the hotel itself or to the service you booked through.

Listings are never sold, so requests to buy a place in the index will not get a reply.
